Ticket statuses
Every booking in My Bookings shows one of three statuses, updated live.
Payment pending
Your seat is held while you finish checkout. Tap Complete payment to lock it in.
Confirmed
Payment received. Your QR entry pass is ready in My Bookings, with a Save QR to phone button.
Expired
The booking lapsed before payment completed. Book again if seats are still open.
Talk to us
Best for payments, missing tickets and anything that needs a person to look at it.
We reply by email within one working day.
Live status for every booking. It's the quickest way to see whether a payment went through.
Open My BookingsOrganizer questions go through the organizers page, so the right people see them.
