1. Acceptance of these Terms

Welcome to TktPanda, a platform for discovering campus events and booking tickets to them (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these User Terms, our Content Terms, our Privacy Policy, and, if you also host events, our Organizer Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

TktPanda is currently operated as an unincorporated project/brand (not yet registered as a company) by its founding team, based in Punjab, India. References to “TktPanda”, “we”, “us”, or “our” in this document mean the individuals currently operating the Service, until such time as a company is incorporated to operate it.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account or book a ticket on TktPanda. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian is aware of and consents to your use of the Service, including any purchases made through your account.

3. Your Account

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
• Notify us at support@tktpanda.com immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information, violate these Terms, or are used for fraud or abuse.

4. Browsing and Booking Events

TktPanda lets you discover events hosted by colleges, clubs, communities, and independent organizers, and book tickets solo or as part of a squad/team, where an event supports it.

Event details (name, date, time, venue, pricing, capacity) are set and controlled by the event's organizer. We display this information as provided to us and do not independently verify it.

5. Ticket Purchases and the Platform Fee

When you book a ticket, you pay the ticket price set by the organizer plus a platform/service fee. This fee typically ranges from 5% to 10% of the ticket price and may vary by event, category, or other conditions shown to you at checkout before you pay. The fee amount is always shown before you confirm payment.

Payments are processed through our third-party payment partner (PayU). TktPanda does not store your full card, UPI, or banking credentials.

On successful payment, you receive a digital ticket containing an encrypted QR code, used for entry at the event's gate/check-in desk.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

• The platform/service fee (5% to 10% of the ticket price) is non-refundable under all circumstances — it covers payment processing, ticket issuance, and platform operation.
• Any discount or offer applied to your ticket is also non-refundable.
• Only the base ticket price charged by the organizer (after deducting discounts and the platform fee) may be eligible for a refund, and only if and to the extent the organizer's own refund/cancellation conditions for that specific event allow it.
• Refund eligibility, amount, and timelines for the base ticket price are decided by the event's organizer, not by TktPanda. Refunds are processed only when the organizer authorizes them for a request.
• If an organizer cancels or significantly changes an event, TktPanda will assist in communicating the organizer's stated refund policy but is not itself responsible for issuing refunds the organizer does not authorize.

7. At the Event

Your ticket's QR code is unique to your booking. Do not share, resell, or publicly post your QR code — anyone with a valid QR code may be able to use it for entry.

Entry, security, crowd management, and conduct at the event venue are the responsibility of the organizer and venue, not TktPanda.

8. Prohibited Conduct

• Attempting to book tickets using fraudulent payment methods or stolen accounts.
• Reselling tickets for profit without the organizer's authorization.
• Interfering with the Service's security, scanning systems, or normal operation.
• Using the Service for any unlawful purpose or to violate any applicable law.

9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. TktPanda is a ticketing and discovery platform — we do not organize, run, or control the events listed on it, and we make no warranty about any event's quality, safety, or whether it will occur as described.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TktPanda and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from an event you attend or a booking you make, including but not limited to event cancellations, changes, mismanagement, or incidents occurring at the venue. See our Organizer Terms for the corresponding organizer responsibilities.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Punjab, India having jurisdiction.
